Having experienced the worst of what a car dealership can be in Edmonton, we made the drive to Westlock in pursuit of our next vehicle. The team knew what we had just experienced with some unscrupulous conduct at an Edmonton dealership (not a Dodge dealership), and seemed to understand our frustration. This made our experience at Brown's Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. all the more pleasurable. They went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle we were buying met quality standards which included an additional mechanical inspection performed just for us. We even received a new rear window wiper because Dale noticed the current one "had a small tear in it" while he was walking around the vehicle; we hadn't noticed it. While a small gesture, It was a huge demonstration of how trustworthy and customer-focused this team is. The atmosphere was friendly, relaxed, and this included the price negotiation. We knew what we wanted, had done our research, and left Browns feeling we've paid a very fair price. We even got to share a few slices of the pizzas the staff were enjoying due to the holiday season. It is worth the drive to purchase from this team, and we are comfortable with that even though we are over 4 hours away! Thanks team, you know who we are!
