Amazing conditions today. Nakiska is a great hill for beginner to intermediate.

I have been going to nakiska for a few years this is a very good ski area. The li es move fairly quickly and the equipment is always good. The lifts operate well and rarely has issues. Overall great place to ski and enjoy the winter days.

Huge crowds on a Thurs. 20 min wait for the Silver Chair. Finally opened the Olympic Chair (great!) But only for a couple hours, then closed again😥

Covid is definitely having an impact. Be ready for longer lift lines with no social distancing. Masks are required in left lines and ski patrol is doing a good job of reminding people to cover both their mouth and nose. It's outside, so that's probably better, but you stand in line for 20-30 minute.

There are lines for cohorts and those riding together. However, they don't group anyone, so the lines for those willing to ride with others are much faster and you still don't ride with others. They really need better line management, especially for the Gold chair.

The hill is as good as ever and the staff are friendly. Indoor services were good too, but don't expect people to be masked indoors because they are "eating".

Overall, probably avoid the ski hill this year and go extra next year.
