Great company. Very knowledgeable. Called in the morning and had heat that afternoon. Great at troubleshoot before coming out. Went over basic problems before going further. Thanks Guys

🏴 Flag as inappropriateService was good however they charge you twice to do the work but do not tell you this before hand. My bill was 160 for the job I called them to do. They also chaged 60$ for a service charge that I was not told about. I would recomend using other company that has the minimum charge vs the additional charge. I called Mel and he gave off the impression I was wasting his time. I guess that might be why they are not as busy as other companies.

Also they gave me info on the humidifier and hot water tank just for my awareness ! My furnace is working great! You’re lucky if you get Ken as your repair guy!
