Had some flooring installed in kitchen , bathrooms and front entrance. Dispite an initial problem which was quickly rectified, we were delighted with the finished product....the installer did an amazing job.Will definately use this company again. We replaced the flooring in our entire house with carpet and Torlys vinyl plank. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He listened to us and his recommendations of product & colour were exactly what we wanted. Communication was excellent... He followed-up, calls were returned and people showed up on time. His staff was pleasant & efficient. Overall, the installers did excellent work. Kyle managed his sub-trades well & was quick to deal with any issues that arose during installation. His pricing was extremely competitive. We would certainly recommend Kyle & Airdrie Carpet and would definitely use them again. Thanks for such a pleasant reno experience!

Very easy to deal with, we have been coming to see Kyle for the past 3 years now for our flooring renovations. We have used Kyle for our current house, as well as both our rental properties and currently hes working on our daughters first home. We have shopped around for pricing and we could not believe how much lower Kyle was than anyone else in town. On top of all that the customer service was top notch, he always made sure we were looked after and up to date on the progress of the work being done. We had Airdrie Carpet install in our basement and main floor of our home with a very nice 70 ounce carpet. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the product and the installation. I used Airdrie Carpet years ago at a previous house and once again was very happy with our purchase and working with Kyle at Airdrie Carpet.
