Has been and still is a pivotal element in my life, very likely the key to my life’s successes . It’s not just a gym to me it’s like home. A place of training, friendship and respect for one another. You will not find a more genuine group of coaches to learn from. Class “A” act with diverse instruction, powerful fundamental practices and expertise are part of each and every class. The instructors seek and give constructive feedback and listen to your questions. They give you that push one needs to break down personal barriers and confront your weaknesses and train FOR REAL. I have never left a class without feeling 10 times better than when I walked through the door. I love this dojo, and I have nothing but the highest respect for their involvement with the community and for the programs they offer. Airdrie would not be home to me without Bellegarde’s Dragons. Going on 12 years and I’ve never looked back. Muay Thai for life!

Awesome BJJ instructors and an excellent atmosphere, they genuinely care about the kids. The classes are fun for the kids but are very deliberate in the curriculum. Sensei Altamar is excellent!

Absolutely great gym with classes suited to make all feel welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed finishing up my last days of amateur competition training here. Vanessa and Luis are great coaches and amazing people!
