The MOA I spoke to while booking my appointment was polite and friendly; equally so when I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Michael Massie made me feel extremely confident in his knowledge and ability to help me with my hormonal acne. More importantly, he spoke to me as an equal ( as opposed to other doctors I have seen that spoke to me as if I were idiotic or just a pay check.) I will definately be recommending this place to EVERYONE!

I am always asking questions and the girls are so helpful and don't get annoyed with me lol. Keep up the good work. see you soon :)

(October 8, 2014, 5:02 pm)I'm a busy stay at home mom and for a treat my hubby bought me a gift certificate to have a "spa" day. Let me tell you- it was much needed and the girls at ReNue did not disappoint! I had been to many spas when I was younger, but the aesthetician, Tracey, was AMAZING! First of all she was super professional. Her work area was tidy, everything was obviously sterilized and clean. She was gentle during my pedicure, but somehow got my monster feet baby's butt smooth! She also did a shellac manicure (turned out perfectly) and I also got a facial. I've had many facials in my day, but this one took the cake. I actually had to let out a moan (just about died in embarassament...) Thank you Tracey for making my day away from the kids wonderful! You were great to talk to and your services did not disappoint. I will definately be back!
