For the sale of our house, Justin positioned us perfectly in the market for a quick sale, his marketing materials, hard work and charm got people in the door for lots of showings and we sold/closed within a month of listing, he has mad negotiating skills! I always felt like he had our back which I believe is so important in a realtor. For the purchase of our new house he was so patient with my never ending wants list. We looked at over 40 houses and I am happy to say he found us a house that checked all the boxes, we absolutely love our new house!.
