(July 15, 2019, 7:33 am)Very up and down. First time we went, we were so freakishly impressed. We thought we hit the jackpot! The food was fresh and hot and crispy! Then the second time we went we noticed how disgusting the dining area looked, and the soda fountains were out of soda, and the food was sub par, and the garbages were overflowing. So it really depends on who is working and who is doing a good job. Last time we went one employee asked if it was okay that she left, and the manager said yes he could manage... but they very obviously could have used the help. He asked her to refill the ketchup and coke before she left and she never did. It was very sad considering the first time we went we thought it was the best mcdonalds in Airdrie.

(June 3, 2019, 8:02 pm)If you are fortunate to be served by Nicholas then you will agree he is one of the best McDonald's employees by far. This company should reward their exceptional employees ! This location in WalMart can be a busy spot and the one to two employees usually working at this site are kept hopping.
