Went for a concert. Lovely facility.

Great place to worship. The music is uplifting, the message leaves me challenged and the people take time to get to know you.

The reason I have been a long-time member of this church is because it's the most caring group of diverse people you could ever meet.

My own family had a moving truck accident when we first moved to Calgary (long time ago now), and my father had somehow signed a form to forego the insurance on the cargo, so we lost literally everything we owned but the clothes on our backs, and yet we had little in the way of insurance coverage. You would not believe the incredible response. It felt like we were better off afterwards than before (photos notwithstanding), we got so much from this church and the larger Christian Reformed churches in Calgary. That generosity is still evident today, but what's changed a lot and is super-cool too is how multicultural the church is now, lots of Koreans and Dutch speakers, but also Eritreans, Chinese, hispanic speakers, and the list is too long to cover. It's making me want to learn as many languages as I can in the years I have left, but still that caring core!

That's called Jesus love (and he lived in multicultural times) in action!

Great youth. Needs more pizza. Stay fresh to death!
