I've worked in insurance for over 6 years and obviously I've had insurance for much longer than that, so I have experienced both sides. I have never seen insurance offered in such a simple and practical way. In addition, the customer service is truly remarkable, to the point that you will definitely remember the names of the people you interact with, because they are so caring and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Highly recommended!

Awesome customer service! We were in the market for home insurance and Courtney was recommended to us. She’s wonderful to deal with! She answered all our 101 questions (as this is our first home) and got us an amazing price! Our home purchase moved pretty quickly and we needed to provide the proof of insurance pretty quickly. Courtney came through for us she went above and beyond to help us and got our policy done up right away. We would highly recommend her!

I needed car insurance last minute right before I picked up my new car and was in communication over email with Theresa. She was incredibly speedy and accommodating for my time constraint, and very sweet! I appreciated the simple fact that my application form was mostly populated already by Theresa, so I didn't have to look up my vehicle or background info myself again.
