Trotter & Morton

I've been on-call the last few days representing FirstService Residential dealing with leaks in Calgary and I was very impressed with the professionalism and patience that Steve displayed when there was a mixup between which units had the leak. He was pro-active to handle the situation diligently and to communicate well with tenants. I appreciated how well he summarized the situation later and then assisted with another quick question. Working from Edmonton trying to solve some problems I felt super grateful for Steve's approach and positive attitude, even to be working on a holiday. Because of Steve i would highly recommend Trotter and Morton!

My business Glass Castle Services cleans a few large scale condo buildings in Calgary Alberta.

This company does wonders for my clients. Ever since they took over a few years ago filters are changed often, they keep the back rooms clean, they come often if we need assistance with something out of the ordinary, and all and all very good well maintained professionals. They take time to explain to me a cleaner why an issue has subsided etc.

This company is the best in Calgary as far as I’m concerned and I appreciate what they do very much. Thanks guys. Steve StJean

Removed 1 star rating. Changed to 3 stars. HR dealt with the issue quickly. Haven't actually dealt with their actual services so can't review further

Bad Drivers
On my way to the train today, I saw a Trotter & Morton Van make a 3rd lane in a 2 lane road (because the other 2 lanes were stopped for a crossing pedestrian). The van then spend through the cross walk almost running over the pedestrian.

Good company! Good work ethics! Care about employees!
