My wife and I are very impressed with the quality workmanship and customer service provided by Mike and his team. We had a mess of a backyard due to previous work done by other companies. Yard is beautiful!! Very happy with Urban Oasis. Mike and his crew were great! We were a new build so needed the front and back yards fully landscaped. Mike knew we had upcoming events and needed the yard done and he made sure it was done in time! He listened carefully to what we wanted and delivered! The crew worked hard and efficiently and we ended up with beautifully landscaped front and back yards full of plants/shrubs that the neighbours have talked about. The whole process start to finish was handled in a professional but friendly manner. Mike gave us a quote that we felt was very reasonable but due to wet conditions work was delayed, but when the crew arrived it was done in a timely manner and the attention to detail was very impressive. They explained to us how the job would progress and got our input on various parts of the project as it went along and when we asked about getting small things done they were more than obliging to get it done. Every night a thorough clean up was done and upon completion of the job a major clean up of the street and drive way was done. They did follow ups as well to ensure we were completely satisfied. Special thanks to the crew, Mike, Simon, Joe & Rigel they were all fantastic and a treat to deal with.

Very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Mike is professional and the landscaping team were great. Design concept worked out well for us. Completed the project quickly and it turned out awesome. Highly recommend.
