    Dr Houbi is great but the front staff is really unfriendly and at times rude.

    Staff was very friendly and thoughtful.  I understand staff is not responsible for doctor wait times but they valued our time and kept us informed of wait times. I saw Dr Houbi, he did not make me feel rushed, and he was very knowledgeable

    The staff was respectful and accommodating. They were fully booked but Dr. Houbi was still able to accommodate my daughter. We waited nearly 30 minutes to see the doctor but he made sure all our concerns were addressed
