  We bought our first home in April 2017 and we were beyond impressed with the service we received from Tyler Geisbrecht as our realtor. He worked very hard to understand our personal priorities and was extremely thorough in his understanding of the current housing market, especially because it was important for us to stay within our price range. With all that being said, he also encouraged us to play an active role in looking for our home and would set up timely showings if we found a house we wanted to go see.
  
  We had never bought a house before so it was hard to not get excited early on and jump at the chance to put an offer in on the first house we liked, but didn’t necessarily LOVE. We sincerely appreciated that Tyler was gentle but very honest to say that he wasn’t quite sure that this would be the best fit for us. He was confident that we would find something that we would not have to compromise on. We are still very thankful that Tyler encouraged us to be patient and wait for a house we LOVED because that was what we ended up finding.
  
  Tyler then worked tirelessly on our behalf in purchase negotiations to ensure the agreed upon price was something we were comfortable with. He also made the inspection and sign off process very easy for us by referring us to professionals he knew we could trust. We would highly recommend Tyler Geisbrecht to anyone looking for an excellent realtor. He really goes above and beyond for his clients to ensure they are happy and you can tell he takes great pride in being one of the best in the business!

  Best Realtor in Calgary! Professional and Understanding... took care of all our needs and was always there to answer a question. Sold for over asking price in less then two weeks and bought our dream house with Tyler less then two days later!! You cant get better then that if you tried !

  Tyler has great market knowledge with prepared charts and graphs and details pertinent to our homes sale. He gave us the right tools to prepare and stage our home. We trusted Tyler with the list price of our home as he wanted to list a little higher then what the marked was saying, withen 3 weeks we had sold our home for list price and $80,000.00 more than a home accross the street. He's a real professional and works hard for his client.
