If you are new to getting a tattoo or if you have a bunch I highly recommend checking of Blacksheep. Jay is a cool guy, easy to chat with, listens to what you want very well, and is able to transform even the most confusing ideas into great works if art. When I got to him I basically just give a very plain discription of what I am looking for. He takes my sub-par discription, does his thing and absolutely blows your mind with what he comes up with. If you are going to trust someone to put some ink on you that is stuck for life.... This is the guy!
