This was my first visit to this store. I'm giving it a 3-star review based on customer experience & prices of the donated items. (5 stars for the huge selection and quality of goods.)

Upon entering there was a lady heading to the office at the front. She was relatively unresponsive other than to offer me a quick emotionless glance, then continued on into the office. Could this possibly have been the leader of this organization?

As I wandered through this massive warehouse completely filled with seemingly awesome merchandise, I came across a few other workers who presented with an ‘off’ energy similar to the lady up front. One helper in particular was a lady begrudgingly tidying up the pictures area grumbling & exclaiming ‘Jesus Christ!’ (offensive & ‘Inter-faith’ ironic) at least a dozen times about how messy things were and why people don’t put things back where they found them. (Another reviewer also mentioned something about a female worker complaining about having to clean the mess in this area…wonder if it’s the same lady?). Is this negative attitude a reflection of the organization’s leadership?

Regarding pricing, seems relatively high for donated items. Perhaps that’s one reason why it’s chock-full of stuff?

I would reluctantly shop here again only because there’s SO MUCH to sift through with some potentially great finds.

High hopes of finding better prices and more friendly customer service next visit! Actually, these couple of changes would very likely clean up many of the 1 - 3 star reviews.
