  I've only gone twice both times were walk ins. One time was very quick and the other took a long time. Both of the doctors were very thorough, knowledgeable and kind.

  These guys went above and beyond for our family tonight despite being understaffed and extremely busy. From the gentleman at the front desk to the doctor and pediatrician on shift, we received the best care. They went out of our way to squeeze our 10 month old daughter in that we were very worried about, even though they were no longer taking patients, as they’d had a doctor call in sick. We really felt like they all cared and it was a team effort. Yes, you may normally have to wait long (what clinic doesn’t have long wait times?) but these guys are worth it.

  Doctors are thorough and very good with patients. They took the time to listen to the issues unlike other clinics. The manager is also very kind & helpful and extremely professional.
  
  Problem is the front desk staff - unfortunately she is very unkind and can be mean. We came to ask for bloodwork result for our son as was instructed by ER doctor - a follow up from our ER visit at night. She refused to look up to see if the results have came in or not. The response was quite mean and there were only 2 or 3 clients in the clinic at that time. Our son’s doctor wasn’t in but such service from front desk is unacceptable. Hope management could look into front desk issues as we really like the doctors at the clinic. We ended up leaving the clinic and went back to the hospital for the result.
