My experience with kraft was nothing but positive. They replaced the shingles for us at the end of October, and everything looks great so far. From day one, Jordan was super helpful and very responsive whenever we reached out. Not to mention, extremely knowledgeable about shingles and roofs. The guys on site were coordinated, efficient, and very professional. They went out of their way to accommodate Halloween by moving the bin and cleaning up twice...I didn’t ask, they just did it.
Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend these guys.
