  This place was extremely busy when I went. Probably 10 orders waiting to be filled in store and door dash guys coming in every minute for deliveries and only 3 people on staff working. The staff handled the rush very well and made no mistakes, or drinks and food was also delicious. Very impressive.

  This place is great for people that are stopping by for a quick boba fix. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is the interior. If there are more tables it or a designated waiting sitting area it would be great. I always stop by this location and there is always one person sitting in the big table waiting for an order. Overall though this location provides every boba lover with it's amazing drinks and friendly service.

  Stopped by this Chatime location for the first time to find a lineup, despite this the staff were friendly and pushed drinks out in no time. Contrary to other reviews, they were actually quicker than other Chatime locations I've visited in Calgary. The drink itself is good although a bit less sweet than I expect from my usual order.

  EDIT: I have visited here a few more times over the last couple months and I have to say, things seem to be running much smoother in terms of quality and service. The wait times are much quicker and the drinks are impeccable. I would also like to add that no matter how busy it was, I was always treated with kindness. Super awesome staff. Keep it up guys.

  I was excited that there was a good bubble tea joint being opened close to home! Went to check it out and the drinks are great. However, they really need to work on their service and wait times. Ordering and waiting for my drink took over an hour. They definitely need a second till and probably a better system for making drinks. More staff during their peak times would be beneficial. Its still a new establishment, so hopefully they will work out these kinks over time.
