Drummer Realty and Property Management

I have been renting from Drummer for a few months now. I have been very pleased with the services of both Kevin Lee, the property manager and Bill Harrison, the maintenance technician.

When I was searching for a new home, I found Kevin to be very accommodating to my requests about the property, information I needed for rental insurance and availability. In fact, upon notice that my mother would be passing away shortly in Ontario, Kevin agreed to meet with me immediately and let me take possession two weeks ahead so that I could focus on my mother and not have to worry about move in details. I recently had an opportunity to ask Kevin another question and he provided me with the information right away. Great Service.

Bill has been a great representative for Drummer Realty. He's very efficient with his time, very diligent, gets the job done and goes over and above to make sure the property is cared for with what is in his control. I've really appreciated his efforts to assist me. Again, Great Service.

Amanda with Drummer is such a lovely person to deal with. We have had some personal hardships and Amanda has always been very compassionate and professional to deal with. No matter the situation she has always been there to assist us and never makes you feel bad about your situation. I truly hope Drummer Realty sees what a great employee they have and that Drummer is a great company to deal with as a tenant. they have always taken care of any concerns we have had, quickly and professionally. I have no complaints with my dealings with this company 5 stars in my opinion!

I just wanted to send a note regarding Bill who did repairs to our bathroom, Dryer vent, and stove hood fan, he also installed a new outlet plug in the bathroom for shaver etc, the other one never worked but now we can use it :).
We are very very pleased with the service Bill provided us, he communicated regularly with me on when he was coming and what work he was doing.
He was very pleasant an professional and did exceptional work. everything looks great and is working wonderfully. If we require any additional work we are hoping Bill will come do the work for us!. He did a great Job and I wanted you to know, it important to know when your staff does a job well and is appreciated. and the time it took to do the repairs was quick and did not cause any inconvenience for us.
