As a first-time home buyer with a somewhat limited budget, I might have been easy to brush off or neglect, but I always felt she treated me like I was her best client. She acted more like a trusted advisor than a sales person, and I never felt pressure to take on more house than I could afford or to make split-second decisions without being fully informed. She was attentive and responsive to my needs and questions, made good referrals for other services, and she was always ready to handle any bumps on the road to possession. She negotiated a great price and possession timeline that worked for me, and I’m so happy with my home purchase.
