  My appointment is still weeks away so I decided to read the reviews about this clinic. There are certainly a number of poor reviews which initially made me apprehensive about keeping my appointment. However, upon closer reading it appears the bad ratings are due to problematic parking and frequently cranky or inattentive staff. I'd gladly put up with these minor inconveniences if the medical staff is top-notch.
  Given a choice, a great doctor is infinitely more important than free parking or cheery staff!

  I don't know why everyone is complaining about this clinic and giving it bad reviews. I've been to C-Endo today and the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Yes, unfortunately, you have to pay for your parking but it cost me $4 for 1.5 hours, I'm sure everyone who drives can afford it. I'm giving it 4 stars just because there is always room to grow, however the service was good...

  Everyone there was kind, including the service dog. Very efficient service. The front desk/support team are very professional, and have one of the most challenging and special jobs in this field, It is very difficult to be cheerful all day long while accurately multitasking and having people be rude to them all day, so for people who don’t understand that, remember there is a reason for everything, please be more understanding and patient . Dr Sivakumar is amazing and so calming, Dr. Groves is one of the most wonderful, kindest specialists/person I have ever met. Thank you to everyone there, all of the support team, the incredible doctors and to the paramedic that helped me through my stress test. I am so grateful.
