  Large and many seats and tables. Awesome waitress and very good food. There was a little cold on a very cold winter night as it is near to a mall's exit door.

  Love BP eats. They have a great kids menu married with great choices for adults too. The Restaurant features a restaurant side and a sports bar like feel of an lounge. Good to watch any sporting event

  Looks like the owner needs to work on the servers a little more to provide better service. I have had good service here in the past, today I received my appetizer in good time but that was the last I saw of the waitress. I had to go to the bar to request a refill on my water and find out when my supper was coming after about a 45 minute wait.

  This Boston Pizza has been the one my boyfriend, my family, and I have all gone to for a few years. Never had a problem with the waitstaff but the kitchen staff doesn’t seem to always know what they’re doing. On our most recent visit, my mother and I went for an early dinner. My mother ordered a Pepsi but when she took a sip, she realized that there were bright red lipstick marks on the cup. My mother was not wearing lipstick. We told the waitress. She apologized and brought us a new one. She handled it well but we were surprised to see that we were charged for both drinks. My mother did not drink the first one and I always thought refills were free at BPs.
  Makes me wonder how many times we got a cup that wasn’t washed but we couldn’t tell because the last person didn’t leave lipstick marks. We will be going to other Boston Pizza locations now.

  Haven't been to Boston Pizza in a long time. right off the bat there was a small error and typically things can really snowball after that but the staff expertly recovered and did an superb job with customer service, and recovered so well that I left very happy. I was VERY pleased with the staff and the manager Evan is very good at his job.
