  Good hotel with very comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Restaurant food is amazing and it has very cozy atmosphere with elegant decor. Rain showers and soaker jets in bath tubs. Added perk was TV in the washrooms. Great location close to the airport and a free shuttle to Airport.

  This is a pretty decent hotel for a close to an airport type short-term place. I spent a couple of days here during an extended layover with a few day trips through the Calgary area and really liked it. The rooms are nice and modern, very clean, there are laundry facilities, and overall very fair prices as well.

  I’ve stayed here a couple times now and overall it’s a comfortable stay. It doesn’t have a snack bar like most hotels and or inns have tho ( it does have vending machines with limited options). Also it’s an older building so you can hear your neighbours and on this last stay I think there was a fair amount of people on my floor as I could hear others waking up at 5 am and alarms going off in different rooms. A standard room come with a DVD player but not a fridge or microwave( as advertised on a different site, upgraded rooms come with this features).

  The front desk ladies Natasha and Nev were really professional and helpful. One of the shuttle drivers named Sunny Day was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I stayed there for 6 nights and two of the days my room was not cleaned. But apart from that my stay was okay.

  This is a great hotel. It's super close to the airport. So close in fact, that I forgot a bag in my truck and the shuttle bus driver was willing to zip back with me to get it and it wasn't 10 minutes round trip. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. If there's anything you need at all, they're willing to help. We were there a week before Christmas and they had a room special on, we went to Mexico and when we returned we booked a room for even less on Christmas day. We left our vehicle there for a week and the cost was nominal. You can find cheaper parking at other hotels, but, none are near as close. Worth the money, even if there isn't a sale on.
