  For the price and a two star hotel, I am rating this four stars.
  Check-in and parking was straight forward. They did have to reprogram the card, it didn't work the first time. Got a bit of a room upgrade, they need to fix the HVAC heated, its old and makes odd noise. Overall its clean. Breakfast was ok for sub $100 a night.

  Good price. Really nice room and good service but cold. Couldn't get it warm. Great shuttle service last night, quick and warm but the guy today kept opening the big door wide open and then going in the hotel to get the guests at 30 below 40 with the wind chill. He was dressed like an eskimo but absolutely froze us all out. I think the heat was only on the windshield and he needed to only open the big doors when people were actually using them. Not sure he spoke English. Brrrrrrr!

  The room was sufficient, shower had an old musty smell. The "hot breakfast" was no good at all. A few people came down about 10 minutes till 10 and there were very few eggs left. The lady working came out and said , "oh well...too bad. Breakfast is almost over and I'm not making more." The sausage patties were barely edible and the waffle maker didn't really work. All that said, it was cheap and location close to most of what you need in Calgary.
