I took advantage of the free consultation at Family Braces, I decided to move ahead with treatment, and I have been pleased with my experience thus far. Everyone who I have interacted with at Family Braces including consultants, dental assistants, reception staff and doctors have all been very professional and pleasant to deal with. We have had a great experience with Family Braces, from the free consult (which includes pan x-rays you'd pay $200-$300 for elsewhere) right through to the end of treatment. Love the doctors and all the staff - all super friendly and accommodating. Appointments are quick, easy and almost always on time. The cost of our daughter's Invasalign treatment was $3000 less than we were quoted elsewhere, thanks to added discounts for full upfront payment. Best of all, less than 2 years into treatment, we're done and my daughter has a million dollar smile! Our youngest daughter has started early orthodontics here as well, again at a fraction of the cost quoted elsewhere for the exact same treatment. We have 2 more children who may eventually need orthodontics as well and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff at Family Braces took an awesome care of me at every appointment. Throughout each visit they ensured that I was informed and asked whether I had any questions or concerns. They are always patient and polite. Their office is very welcoming and they always have a kids’ movie on as well a great choice of songs on their playlist along with a coffee station and a fridge filled with complementary beverages.
