Fast, informative and honest. No hassle. Available during weekends (unlike Mr. Lube who is only open till 3pm on Saturday and closed on Sundays at their MacLeod Tr location), which is great for the busy people.

Michelle was awesome! Brought my car in for an oil change (regular mechanic was unavailable) - she was knowledgeable and didn't try to push different services/ products on me. I came back a week later for more servicing - thanks for everything Michelle!

So, I literally came here to cleanse myself of a negative service manager at Mr. Lube on 32nd and while I generally-and have been for years-going to Mr. Lube this experience might be the deciding factor for my future service needs.
The Manager was friendly and sympathetic to my less than satisfactory experience at Mr. Lube and while offering identical services as that of Mr. Lube, took the time to care for my vehicle and me like my business was welcome and meeting my needs were essential to their day.
I could not ask for more.
I appreciate the simplicity and promptness with which they assessed what I required and set to fulfilling my needs all the while asserting that different fluids and filters would need service at my earliest convenience.

Amazing service from Michelle! Called her in the morning and asked, "can I drop off my car at lunch?" She said "absolutely!" Shortly after finishing my lunch break, she called to let me know she finished the oil change and I can.pickup my car anytime before 6pm. Great service and Michelle is a gem! She advised me about things I needed without feeling like she was just trying to up sell me. She was also so friendly and awesome. They did a great job all around and I think I found my new oil change spot!
