I had a nurse who was very knowledgeable, understanding, and polite. She was the best part of my experience!
Unfortunately the doctor that prescribed for national access is impatient, unkind, and somewhat rude. He was chuckling at the medications I took. He was uninformed about my genetic condition and picked out one symptom of 10+ and asked if I had that one symptom, this is how he determined if I actually had a condition or not (in his opinion). I found that to be extremely disrespectful and I was starting to get upset.
I got the impression that he hated his job and hated prescribing cannabis. Most of all he made me feel like my pain wasent real.
I love the products I was prescribed, unfortunately I won't be coming back as my last appointment was extremely uncomfortable.
I will wait until October when it is legal and I have more selection, less restriction on what I buy, and more friendly and understanding staff. (Again, the nurse was fantastic)
