  Was in this evening dealing with Brent I believe? Sorry I’m terrible with names. However I was unintentionally one of those creeping on last minute customer. He was eager to greet my wife and I and without hesitation recommended sizing my feet on the sensor pads. I was already impressed by that technology, than he continued to impress me more by immediately recommending boots that fit the criteria of what I needed in size and comfort as well as prerequisites for my new job.
  
  He than proceeded to answer questions my wife and I had as well as give us quality information about services and warranty that redwing offers. We even got a little history lesson about the grassroots of redwing and how much they’ve grown and stand behind their products.
  
  The service was incomparable to any other experience I’ve had shopping for safety footwear and I’ve done my fair share of shopping lately because quality is just not common ground these days. We walked in this store with a price point in mind that was well below what we actually paid, however because of this associate’s professionalism and product knowledge, it left my wife and I feeling very confident in our purchase. I look forward to wearing these new boots at my new job and seeing for myself the quality I’ve heard so much about from the redwing brand.

  I went after 28 days... to get my shoe size changed... reached there early morning just aftr 7 on Feb27... and the bearded guy (i repent that i forgot his name) was courteous enough to assist my demands and he served very very very well and i was out of store in 10 mins.
  I am a forever customer of this store now due to that nice sales person.
  If my comment reaches to any senior authority, I request to pass him my warm appreciation and also pls let me know his name.

  Excellent customer service, and the best boots I've ever worn. Started wearing them about 10 years ago, and that's all I've worn since. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, because of his service I'll be shopping there again.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Their foot print reading machine is pretty darn cool too! They were able to set me up with a pair of work boots that matched my foot perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality work boots.

  I recently bought some shoes here. Wow!!! what an amazing customers service experience. I beleive the lady that helped me make my decision was named Becky.....She went above and beyond making sure I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I will come back again and again and I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
