Speedy Glass

I had to replace the windshield in my vehicle due to hail damage.
I was told to go to Speedy Glass 320 28 St Calagry by my insurance agent.
Once at the speedy Glass the rep said it will be 4-5 hours before my vehicle would be ready. She also produced taxi vouchers for me to use to go home and to get back just so I had no trouble getting rides. Very nice gesture.
I had a friend nearby come and visit. When they saw me waiting and chatting outside with my friend they put 3 people on the job and completed it in 1 hour. The service was quick , professional and friendly. Thumbs up to the crew at the Speedy Glass at this location. In the end I returned the taxi vouchers as I did not need them. Great service.

Justin at the front counter was very good with his communication and ensured all my needs were met. The windshield seems to be done proper but one issue I have at this location is the night key drop, it has no foam box to stop the fob on your key ring to absorb the drop. My fob now has a good size chip out of it because it landed on concrete and if you haven't purchased a fob lately, they are extremely costly. It's the little things that make the difference. Hopefully this changes for the future customers.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The team at Speedy have provided exceptional service to my daughter and I when getting her side mirror replaced. The manager John Alexander and Justin have been amazing to deal with.
Based on the service received we will be having the windshields replaced on our other vehicles through them. I would definitely recommend this location.

Found a couple of rock chips and called and they took my car in right away! Since I have glass coverage on my insurance they handled all that paperwork too with no deductible! Such a great find. A little off the beaten path but only 4 minutes from my office in Forest Lawn so it’s super convenient. Thanks so much for the great service!

Amazing experience. I was in a foul mood on account of an idiot who smashed my window to get into my car (though they did not find anything to steal). I was given a warm welcome, and it really helped me feel better. The guys beat their own set time which allowed me to return to work quicker. Apart from fixing the shattered window they had vacuumed the car clean (glass shards and other debris) and wiped the interiors clean thereby making my vehicle look fresh from the inside. The transaction was smooth and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing a vehicle related glass repair or replacement.
