I personally love the owners. If your polite to them they're definitely polite back. I had my Wedding dress cleaned here after spilling red wine down tbe front. It was beautiful done and boxed up. Also then I shipped it to my sister in lovley condition for her big day. So much appreciated as it was last minute she needed my dress. I also ship with my buissness with them and they always find ways of saving me on post expenses. I enjoy going in

The couple who own and run this business are very friendly, and I was shocked to read any negative reviews!
On the postal side, they're efficient and have a good understanding of Canada Post's rules and regulations. I can't complain about their pricing or customer service, although I have never had packages delivered here.
On the dry cleaning side, they do an absolutely excellent job and have very reasonable prices. I get black tie formal clothing cleaned here for both my husband and I and have never had anything come home dirty or damaged in any way. Ties come home perfectly reconstructed, and they have great pricing for wedding dress preservation as well (go for a quote first, because it depends on the individual dress). The dry cleaning has always been ready for me in the quoted amount of time.
