Amber is a seasoned professional manager and she has a positive influence on all of her staff who are friendly, caring and they go the extra mile to ensure that ALL members are treated well. Great to see happy upbeat staff. Keep up the great job all of you!

(April 3, 2019, 4:14 am)Great gym I have ever worked out in Alberta!!!! Very clean gym-cleaned by 2 nice people every night. I consider Northland GoodLife as my second home. Staffs are very helpful, enthusiastic and off course - fit and energetic. Personal trainers are knowledgeable, motivational and very cooperative.
