Super nice and very generous in lavishing our dog with treats when we bring him in.

I visited for the first time today after working in the area for more than a year and never knowing this place existed! Julie was an absolute delight helping me find a gift for my cat’s birthday and with everything else! I’ve never had such good service in a pet store. I will definitely be making these guys my new go-to! Thank you!!

Edit: The kittens all ended up fine I was able to switch to non-clumping and the fortiflora helped clear their digestion issues amazingly. I just had a very good experience Saturday with one of the workers, she helped me find food and gave me samples to try. I don't have any issues when going there besides the one I previously wrote about. I just feel if someone goes in and asks for something specific it isn't a good idea to be suggesting other things in a way that makes them feel not as educated. Offer ideas and advice when asked but usually people have animals that can only have one thing or are sensitive to certain things. We know our animals best and what they need, when something isn't working that is when the advice is appreciated.

Just wanted to post a great review for good customer service. I was worried about stores closing and me not being able to get my dogs food when I come to town on Thursday due to all that is happening in the world. I called, you had it, put it aside for my friend to pick up. When she did you gave her free treats for her cats for helping me out. Thank you!!!
