  I just had my first home delivery from Save on Foods.
  
  It was a great experience! Using the App was easy to use; the service was great; the delivery was great. I got a call when the truck was about 10 minutes away; he explained everything to me; the substitutions in my order were equal or superior to what I wanted.
  
  The app saves your cart as you go, so you can order stuff as you notice it and then just submit it when you’re ready for delivery. I also really like that this is an in store service and all store employees.
  
  Super happy with my order and will definitely use again.

  Went for Sushi didn't have what I wanted but the man was very nice so I bought a different type ..it was good , also the bakery had the best desserts

  We hosted a private course and were in need of a light lunch. The online order system requires 48 hours notice for special trays and cut fruit but when I contacted the customer support Toll-Free they made sure I could pick up when I needed to. Yolanda was our personal shopper and we had a great experience. The only thing, I think there is one sign at each corner of the parking lot, when really the Online Pick Up parking stalls are on the WEST side. One thing I would suggest, as it is confusing to see multiple signs in the parking lot which all indicate "Online Shopping Pick Up" is to remove the excess signage.

  Great customer service. We called in to have a product placed on hold for us at customer service and it was ready and waiting when we arrived, as promised. We had an issue with a rebate that was promised by save-on regarding the fixed bread scandal. Georgine was helping us to rectify the situation. She went on to call save-on customer service head office and was kept on hold for more than 20mins, she was actually on hold on two phones just to try to get a hold of them faster. Finally got through and to all of our disappointment they weren’t able to do anything after being on hold for so long but Georgine did everything in her power to help, all with a smile on her face. Amazing experience despite our experience with head office all thanks to her.

  Poor customer service at the deli. Produce is adequate in quality with a large selection for such a small store. The store overall, has a large selection for such a small store. The meat department has poor fish quality but the beef is very good quality. The dairy and frozen sections are clean and well stocked. Prices are okay too. Overall, it's comparable to good Safeway in selection and price but with better meat department than a Safeway. The location makes this a four star instead of a three star.
  Update: As of January 2019, this store has terrible service after 10pm. Staff seem to treat the customer as a huge inconvenient if you come in to the store within an hour of closing. There are a couple of young men that are the exception and still provide a smile and courtesy but the older female cashiers are almost rude with contempt.
