Was here the other day, bought what I thought was a good quality folding knife for a decent price, but turned out to be a Chinese fake. However, the staff at Sharky's was quick to provide re-compensation and assured me that the listing of the product as the real deal was unintentional. Integrity can be a difficult thing to find in some businesses, but I was thoroughly impressed at their honesty and at the effort they put in for someone who wasn't even a regular customer. Definitely will be back again!
