  I came in for my first service today. I went up to the service desk as I didn't know exactly what to do. I spoke with the lady at the desk who's name was Kelsey and she was very helpful, and explained exactly what to do, and then got me home on the shuttle almost right away! thanks so much!

  We recently purchased a new 2019 Nissan Rogue and dealt with Dylan Kendall at Royal Oak Nissan.   I went in looking to buy a new SUV.
  
  Met with a sales rep called Omar (nice guy) and he helped with all my questions. I really like the car we picked Man!
  
  Was able to decide there and then thanks to his help. I wanted an honest straight up recommendation no sales man sweet talk just to make me buy something.
  
  It was a good experience and I appreciate the team of friendly staff Dyllan, Scott and Kesley were very nice too. Good stuff!

  My husband and I will totally recommend Royal Oak Nissan to our family, friends, and the public. First, costumer services is a priority for this dealership and we feel the attention was excellent. In particular, we want to thank Darcy, who had the patience and the time to listen to our needs and likes. He was empathetic, provided us with options, and engaged us in constant communication. Finally, I want to say, we trust the quality of this truck, and for sure we will come back here for any services.
