  We started with my sons in the Kickstarts program (pre-belt level for tiny ones). The one that has continued is now red belt at age 13 and couldn't love it any more. I started training with him as time allowed and I can see why! A well-structured program, very affordable with family discounts, great discipline while still being fair, and an equally adept crew of assistant instructors all capable of filling in at a moment's notice. Mr. and Mrs. Arden make exercise fun while still getting the lesson subject to stick.

  Mr.Arden is a great teacher I really enjoy his classes and his humor and jokes that he makes in every class. I would recommend Mr. Arden for any new comers.

  If you would like to instill discipline and work ethic into your children, detach them from their electronics, and give them a chance to learn focus and impulse control - Mr. Arden and his team can do it. My wife and two boys have been training with Mr. Arden for five years now and thoroughly appreciate the opportunity to study under one of the best and most dedicated Taekwon Do instructors in the world.

  I’ve trained under Mr.Arden (6th Dan Black Belt) and his staff for 4 years now. From white belt to black stripe. Who would of thought a Mother of 3 could achieve this? You can too with hard work, dedication and most importantly highly qualified instructors; here at Apollo TKD. My kids train here also making the family rate very affordable! I highly recommend you come see for yourself.

  This is one of a few CTFI clubs in the Southern Alberta area that does it right. Teaching high level skills with solid core values. Mr Arden's credentials are substantial, and his team of amazing teachers and coaches is fantastic. This mixed with a fabulous family environment is impressive. You wont be disappointed taking your kids to this club and joining in yourself.
