  Delicious and my go to in the area. Highly recommend. Staff is very friendly. A little on the pricier side.

  This place has become one of our favorites! The food is delicious, I mean REALLY delicious! The wait time is nothing, and the owner and his staff are consistently friendly and so personable! I highly recommend Baladi Shawarma!

  Met my buddy here for lunch for the first time and was really impressed with the super-friendly staff. The place is really clean and has a few booths and a larger table. They were really generous on the meat portion of my Shawarma, and it was assembled with wonderful attention to detail (like making sure there was a pepper in every bite!). My only hesitation in giving it 5 stars is I had some chunks of meat that were pretty tough. It might be because I received the meat from the spit right before it was replaced with a fresh round. But the flavours were great, and I'll be bringing my family to give it another try for sure.

  Not only is the owner and his staff some of the friendliest people in the city; they genuinely care about your experience and the quality of the food you're served. This is in my opinion the best Shawarma restaurant in Calgary. The food is always fresh and the flavour is amazing. If you have not tried this restaurant then you are missing out and need to go!
