Viviana J is my 'go to' person at Merle Norman's in Signal Hill.
After suffering injuries in a whiplash accident from a distracted driver, I found Viviana while having a pedicure at M.N.'s The girls there told me that she did reflexology and massage. (At that point she was already putting warm towels on my aching neck)
The program I had started at a Physio Clinic in Coach Hill was cramped and crowded with people going thru whiplash injuries and all I was doing there was filling out forms with very little treatment. The Personal Insurance assured me that I could make my own program with whomever I wanted with a dr.'s note - so it took me a day to do that and I began treatments with Viviana.
So hang out on a hard bed in physio filling out forms - or go to Viviana at Merle Norman's in a beautiful relaxed setting with essential oils, candles and 5 star treatments on my feet and back - hmmmm? hard choice?

I got a brow tint and wax from Viviana and my eyebrows have NEVER looked better. I love them! Every service I’ve had from Viviana has been incredible. She’s so good!

Sam does my eyebrows, and she is incredible. Not only does she do a great job, but I feel like I am going to see my friend whenever I go in. Absolutely adore her. She is very informed about all procedures provided at the location, which is great because I always go in with a ton of questions about skin care, waxing, anti aging, etc. You can trust Sam with whatever you are getting done.

Very nice staff, our customer service was great. My daughter went to get her ears pierced and they definitely did a great job and were very kind and took the time to make sure her piercing was placed perfectly.

Quick, affordable and flexible appointment times. Great place to come if you have a busy schedule! The esthetician's are always professional, knowledgeable and friendly and are respectful of your time.
