  Great place. I definitely prefer this over Petsmart. They're Canadian owned and operated and take much more personal care of their animals. They also have far more knowledgeable staff than elsewhere I have visited.

  Great staff. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. A very clean and tidy store as well, so I don't worry taking my puppy for a shopping excursion. Their store is organized and their little pet displays, like hamsters, rabbits, ferrets, cats etc are always clean and look well cared for????

  This location is a bit small but the staff are always really friendly. Decent selection of animals and they seem really well taken care of. While they don't sell every type of animal you can get almost every animals food or accessories here. They also have seasonal goods such as Christmas sweaters. They offer senior discounts once a month and you can get a discount when you get a membership.
