Edit April 24 2019 WIFI IS AWFUL!!!! Took a customer after several days of no wifi, to tell staff they had a new wifi connection. They didn't care so did nothing about it as though it didn't matter. Now a couple weeks later I am not able to connect using Chrome Pixelbook; I have written the company, they can't be bother to even write me back. I have always hated their obligated sign-in wifi but this is totally unacceptable. When it worked it was one of the slowest wifi I have experienced. Wifi is better in a small village I visit in Mexico to give you an idea. EDIT MAY 2019 wifi works now, but support never made any contact with me.

The facility has good parking, dated ambience and basic dated furniture. It is clean enough. No obvious signs from the parking lot to know if it's open or not. No improvements have been done for years and maintenance is very minimal. Air conditioning and/or heating can be a bit of an issue at times but staff will respond. The drive thru seems busy which carries this store so no they don't update interior.
I can't comment on food. Staff change a fair amount but are always friendly. They are always quick to take your order and they do a good job. It's a decent cup of coffee. Because of staff I rate 3 ????.

This is a good place for dairy free. Always great friendly service :)

What a great atmosphere. The staff and regulars are all really welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

This is my favourite Second Cup location in the city.

The people are very friendly and will go above and beyond every chance they get.

Drinks are perfect almost every time and, if they aren't made perfect, they'll remake it until you're happy. (but this has only ever happened to me twice)

Pro tip: if you haven't tried it, I'd highly recommend trying a White Hot Chocolate with a Chai bag and a shot of Peppermint for the holiday.
