Small gym with a relaxing atmosphere. Always clean entry, floors, bathrooms. It's never overcrowded and the machines are always available. Free drop in sessions daily. Similar price to goodlife with 2 members, cheaper than goodlife for one member. Much calmer atmosphere, and welcoming to all body types. There are 2 showers and bathrooms inside the gym and extra washrooms down the hallway. No massive change rooms. Some lockers available at entryway.
Plenty of mirrors, free weights, cable machines, cardio equipment.

Originally I was looking for a 24/7 gym that I could use with my odd work schedule. I called up, made an appointment, and came in for a tour!
Amber provided a great tour showcasing the gym and the equipment in it. Obviously she is very skilled with the gym and the equipment.
I also got to meet the gym owner Matt during the visit. Sharp nice guy with a firm handshake. The team is very welcoming.
They mentioned they have classes however I do my own thing, but want to point that out for readers of the review.
I decided to sign up that visit. I've been going almost every morning since for the past 2-3 weeks, and love the gym!
Side note: The fellow gym-go'ers are all very friendly. Everyone here is happy, says good morning, etc... Very nice vibe! Anyone would feel comfortable here.
Highly recommend it, and I've already referred one of my buddies who likes it just as much as I do!
