(March 25, 2019, 7:31 pm)I deposited my cash $230 and the bank machine could not read one of $50. The machine said that the money will come out but never happened. I talked to one of the bankers and he promised that I would get the money back. It never happened. I called him a few times and he never returned the call.

Finally I came to the centre. Another representative, Jen(?) a gentleman from CIBC took care of right away. He was responsible and fast to take care of.
So I had a pleasant experience today.
So I changed my rate to 4 stars. -

They had gone above and beyond to make my banking experiences easy, fast, and efficient. By going out of his way to always keep me updated on my accounts and always giving me the easiest solutions. I've never seen somebody come into work on there day off, just to fix my situation.

They looked into my problem and solved it as if it was their own. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to get THE BEST financial advise. Their manager Mr Zen Wang is very kind too.
