Grady came from Rümi to install my replacement google nest thermostat for me and did such an amazing job! Not only did he call me before coming over to remind me to charge the face so that he could help me program it as well as install, but he was so kind and professional through the whole process and wanted to make sure I was properly set up with everything. Grady GOODWIN - he was excellent. We changed out our electric hot water tank to a gas one. Grady worked alone, but he so fast, never a slow moment. He didn't have to think much at all - he recognised everything instantly and knew right away what to do. His skill level was evident. He made some measurements, made a parts list, went to pick them up, then returned to work. He never forgot anything or had to re-do anything; there were no "oops" moments. It was a big job that involved gas-fitting but also venting (drilling through to outside of house) - Grady moves fast, up & down stairs and he is high energy. I can tell he takes pride in his work. He took time & care when sealing the venting pipes and checked for gas leaks. He explained some of the how & why of what he was doing. He also explained some errors that he detected from the original installation. I also like Philip GOODWIN - he is the rep that Home Depot put me in touch with. Both Philip and Grady have a very personable and professional manner. Grady wore a mask at all times (due to COVID-19). I hope I can have these guys again if I need further service.

My water heater broke and I needed it fixed right away. I called Home Depot first as I normally trust they care about their brand and would do a good job for me or own it if it didn’t go well. They took my number and told me someone would call me back. I got a call back and talked to Philip, whom I found professional and accommodating. He gave me a flat rate for install over the phone, with no tricks or games. I asked if they can came same day. He checked and told me his tech (Grady) would be coming between 2 and 6. Grady arrived at 3 and started working immediately. He was polite and very careful about how he got the new tank in and took the old one out. Grady also made sure to clean up after the install and applied a discount from a coupon they had.

I’m very happy about their service and quick response, compared to Lowe’s who I called while waiting for HD to call me back. Lowe’s staff was also polite but said they would someone to inspect first and that needed to be tomorrow and the install wouldn’t happen till a few days later.

Used these guys for furnace cleaning. The tech that arrived at our home (Brandon) was kind and very professional. He made my 1.5 year old laugh and accommodated the slight nuisance. I was also impressed with Cathy who phoned me after to ensure everything was up to par. Their trucks have a huge CFM capacity (950 I think) which is far superior to other companies. Went through the Home Depot.
