King's Transfer Van Lines

Our family had to move provinces for work. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic made this much situation much harder; having to select our destination rental property remotely, and move the family in an expedited manner due to travel restrictions and social isolation measures between some provinces. Moving is always stressful, but this one was cranked up to eleven! King's Transfer was a firm we'd used for inter-provincial moves before; we were exceedingly impressed with their team's responsiveness, courtesy, and efficiency in getting the job done. Their professionalism and good cheer brought a welcome sense of relief to a stressful situation... thank you so much!

I dealt with the move manager, is was extremely upbeat, friendly and communication was their priority.

Moving other peoples belongings is an extremely hard job, and I appreciated their hard work immensely.
The movers/packers were extremely punctual. They introduced themselves, did a walk through, asked very specific questions about items in our home, and then immediately got to work.
There was also great communication. Multiple times someone would come up and just double check about a picture, TV, couch, dish, etc.

They also packed everything thoroughly. We did not take the unpacking service they offer, but we have unpacked the entire kitchen, the TV's, small appliances and most pictures, and have not come across anything that is damaged or broken. Well done! Much appreciated!

Keith was on-time, answered our questions and kept the teams moving along. He was proactive in giving us updates on the timing of arrival and what to expect. During the visit with US and CA customs, he did an excellent job navigating the process and guiding Bryan through the specifics. We cleared customs without a hitch! Overall, Keith did an excellent job working with all involved.

King's Transfer handled our move from Calgary to Cochrane. It started with a professional in-house estimate. The crew that moved us were fantastic workers. They took care to wrap furniture and get things out and in to our new home safely. We would highly recommend King's Transfer.
