Dealt with Steve Williamson to purchase a new mattress. Earlier this year we purchased a lovely loveseat recliner from Steve and we were happy to work with him again. Prior to visiting him, we did check out some competitors and Steve is by far the most professional.

La-Z-Boy is no ordinary furniture store, and they don't just sell recliners. They have a vast selection of high quality furniture for you home or office. The staff here are knowledgeable, professional and courteous to a fault. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. La-Z-boy has set a new standard for any of the retail establishments that I have utilized. I highly recommend them.

Our salesperson Mark M was fantastic. Mark took the time to go through all of the options to find the best sectional for our space, a space which we had been told couldn't fit a sectional by multiple other salespeople at multiple other retailers. Mark was also the perfect balance of helpful without being pushy. I never felt like we were being pushed into making a purchase. If you're looking for help, ask for Mark!

A great place to shop and never worrying that a slimy sales person is following you around. They greet you at the door and let you know that they are there if you have any questions. We were just browsing at the moment and never felt intimidated, rushed or pressured into anything. Just easy going staff who are very knowledgeable with product knowledge. Great selection and pricing is on point with the quality of La-Z-Boy products.
