Marc Stokes did a fantastic job helping me relocate back to Calgary from Europe. He listened carefully to what my needs were and what I was looking for and as a result he was able to do 90% of the legwork - which was totally key as I was overseas. He also did a great job researching where the market should be, negotiating and closing the deal, and doing all of the post-offer legwork to ensure a smooth closing. In fact - I was so pleased with the job Marc did, I’ve already used his services again to purchase another property!

We recently had a wonderful experience with Marc Stokes. After having our home on the market for 4 months with another agent we decided to switch to Marc; within a week we had multiple offers and he had our house sold! I believe their marketing and pricing strategies along with their staging services and excellent photography is what helped sell our house so quickly the second time around. Marc Stokes has been great to work with! I just bought my first home and wasn't necessarily planning on using a realtor but I'm glad I did and I'm very happy it was Marc. He wasn't pushy at all and was really supportive of my decisions. He was great about showing me stats for similar homes in the area. Overall a great experience.
