(July 11, 2018, 10:37 pm)This location is hit or miss. The office itself is very hard to find, down many winding corridors that are ill-labeled and tucked off from the mall itself.

If you use mobility aids or have vision impairments, I do not recommend this place. The winding corners are tight, narrow, and rather dimly lit. There are also a few dead ends that can be difficult to reverse out of.
Which would be OK if the staff were good.
Some appointments here the reception, tech, and radiologist have been friendly and competent and I've been pleased with the experience.
One of the radiologists is sparse in thier reporting, which makes later analysis difficult with the GP. If you need a detailed report for a complex issue make sure your GP puts that in your requisition if you use this location.
Unfortunately, not all of the front staff are friendly. There is one particular older woman there who is rather gruff...to put it nicely. One of those "too young to retire; too old to care about being kind to other human beings at work" sort. If you can, try to deal with the other CS staff during your visit. She's a bit of a day-ruiner.
If you're going here because it's a convenient location for the SE, it's not bad. Just make sure you show up at Southcentre a good half hour early to find/walk your way to the hidden office.
