This company is wonderful, I took a cross connection control course here, and it was canceled because of COVID-19. They worked hard to get this class back up for us during a pandemic and was First! In having it back up. Thank you all so much.

We hired Neptune Plumbing today and I’m very satisfied with the technician they sent (Scott Kirkwood). He was very courteous, professional and maintained proper health measures. He was able to address all my concerns and was able to fix in minutes a consistent leak problem that our past plumber couldn’t fix. I like that Neptune truck already has all the parts needed to fix the problems, so everything was fixed within the day. The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend this company, and would use them in all our plumbing needs.

Our sewer line backed up and caused a bunch of gross black sludge to spill onto our basement floor. I called Neptune and Ben Newman was sent out to look at the problem. He arrived quickly and was amazing at very clearly explaining to me what was going on down there, and how we were going to be able to fix it. We've used Neptune several times are are always super happy with them!

Agree with Anne Findlay's review. We've been using Neptune for plumbing and heating issues for a few years now. Recently we called them for a maintenance check up for our furnace. Our technician was Scott. He was on time, friendly and took the time to explain everything we needed and wanted to know. Neptune delivers consistently very good service with very good technicians. Highly recommend.
