Samsung refrigerator fridge handle broke. It has plastic part inside steel handle which was broke. Call Samsung and they said they cant sell the plastic part and I need to buy the whole handle at $115. Didn't make sense. Then I went to reliable parts inside Trail appliances. The lady (I guess Tammy) was very helpful. She spent 15+ minutes on her computer trying to figure out the part and finally was able to order me the plastic parts I needed at less than half the price Samsung quoted. themselves Life saver! Sunday morning, broken dryer. I was needing the drum rollers, while doing the job, may as well replace the belt. I called the NE location, he had the rollers but not the belt, the SE location had stock. I got to the SE location, they got me looked after quickly and on my way. Excellent service
